CarePlan AI

The AI Care Plan Assistance system leverages machine learning and predictive analytics to enhance care management by analyzing patient vitals, trends, and historical data. It autonomously generates personalized care plans, recommends interventions, and automates task creation based on real-time patient conditions. Designed to streamline clinical workflows, this solution reduces manual workload, improves care coordination, and ensures compliance with CMS guidelines. Digital Transmission of Medical Record to CMS

Developed the first-ever electronic medical record (EMR) submission to CMS for RAC audits, working directly with CMS contractors as one of four companies engaged in the initiative. Led the successful electronic delivery of medical records, pioneering what is now known as the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) standard. This milestone set the foundation for structured healthcare data exchange, improving audit efficiency, regulatory compliance, and interoperability across the industry.

Robotic Processing Automation (RPA)

Designed and implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline healthcare revenue cycle management, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Large-Scale Corporate Relocation & Infrastructure Transition

Managed the large-scale corporate relocation of a global organization from Columbia, SC, to Plano, TX, ensuring a seamless transition of operations.
